Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven track record in case management and strategic litigation.
• Skilled in motion practice, expert witness collaboration, and depositions.
• Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in mentoring and supervising teams.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission.
• USPTO registration is highly preferred.
