Duties:

• Manage an individual caseload with partner supervision.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and responses to discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memorandums.
• Attend hearings, court conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct and defend depositions; attend property and case inspections.
• Consult and coordinate with expert witnesses.
• Prepare for trials and represent clients in trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York Bar License.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
