Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as letters, memos, motions, orders, pleadings, and more
• Assist in preparing the lead attorney for upcoming hearings
• Maintain efficient case management and track deadlines
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff for discovery coordination
• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics
• Support in day-to-day litigation tasks with attention to detail and organization

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in litigation or relevant legal fields
• Strong academic background with top marks in legal research and writing
• Must have graduated cum laude or within the top 25% of law school class
• LSAT score of 155+
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and legal software (Clio experience a plus)
• Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar License (must be admitted to practice law in Florida or willing to obtain)
