Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support for renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
  • Manage the negotiation, drafting, and execution of power purchase agreements and other critical contracts.
  • Offer guidance on facilities operations, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the Bar.

  • Proven track record of a portable book of business.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell technologies.
  • Familiarity with smart grid technology, energy storage systems, and energy efficiency.
