Duties:

  • Handle complex transactions and regulatory issues related to capital markets.
  • Engage with clients on FinTech-related legal matters and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and implement strategic legal solutions for clients in the FinTech sector.
  • Manage multiple client matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in capital markets and FinTech.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in capital markets, securities law, or FinTech.
  • Familiarity with U.S. securities laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
  • Experience with SEC reporting and general corporate matters.
  • Strong interest and experience in FinTech-related legal issues.
  • Demonstrated achievement drive and high performance in prior roles.
  • Exceptional client management skills and ability to develop strong client relationships.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. securities laws and capital markets regulations.
  • Expertise in advising on equity and debt transactions and SEC reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions and regulatory matters effectively.
  • Proven track record of working with clients in the FinTech sector.
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to legal excellence.

Preferred:

  • Relevant experience from an AmLaw 50 firm.
