Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Oakland, CA, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of practice experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills, along with membership in the State Bar of California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Provide advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law matters.
• Assist in representing clients in employment litigation matters.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Stay current with developments in labor and employment law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 1-4 years of practice experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:
