Duties:

• Review large volumes of litigation documents with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze documents for relevance and legal privilege about ongoing litigation.
• Identify and summarize critical information from documents.
• Collaborate and communicate findings effectively with associates and other legal professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active membership in good standing with the Bar of any of the following states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership with a State Bar in one of the firm’s practicing states (AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
