Duties:

  • Lead investigations into complex business disputes, including RICO and fraud-related matters.
  • Manage and oversee all phases of discovery, including document review and deposition preparation.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation strategy and case development.
  • Prepare clear and concise legal briefs, motions, and other court documents.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and provide case updates.
  • Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case progress, timelines, and strategies.
  • Represent the firm’s clients in court hearings and depositions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex business cases.
  • Strong understanding of RICO statutes and fraud litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale litigation matters with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain a license in Massachusetts).
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
