The role involves assessing legal documents for relevance and privilege, extracting critical information, and supporting case strategies through careful review. This position is ideal for attorneys who excel at independent work, analytical thinking, and contributing to large-scale case preparation in a remote setting.

Duties:

  • Perform comprehensive review of legal documents tied to active litigation matters

  • Evaluate documents for case relevance, confidentiality, and privilege designations

  • Identify and flag key facts or themes that support case arguments

  • Report findings clearly to attorneys managing case strategy

  • Work with document review platforms and maintain quality control throughout the review process

  • Handle high volumes of records with precision and adherence to deadlines

Requirements:

  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar in good standing

  • Demonstrated experience or comfort with document-intensive review work

  • Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and litigation databases is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large sets of documents independently

  • Adept at maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance standards

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Capacity to synthesize and report key insights from extensive legal materials

  • Self-directed, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a high level of productivity

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment
