  • Duties:

    • Manage complex litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
    • Conducted legal research and analysis and drafted pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
    • Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and litigation plans.
    • Handle all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery, document review, and production.
    • Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.
    • Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences as necessary.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years of complex litigation and trial experience in a reputable law firm.
    • Significant experience with civil trials; white-collar litigation experience is preferred.
    • Outstanding academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
  • Education and Certifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the New York State Bar.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Strong oral advocacy skills and courtroom presence.
    • Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently and efficiently.
