Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial and business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and deposition preparation.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
