Job Overview:
A growing and dynamic plaintiff's litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its team in Dallas, TX. This role involves handling a personal injury docket from intake to conclusion, assisting the firm’s principal attorneys with their cases, and providing support in prosecuting claims. Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a docket of personal injury claims from intake through resolution
  • Assist principal attorneys with their caseloads as needed
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
  • Work closely with clients, ensuring communication is clear and timely
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Utilize technology and proven processes to maximize client recovery
  • Tackle complex legal issues with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes
  • Ensure that all actions adhere to high ethical standards

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
  • Passion for client advocacy and pursuit of justice
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Dallas, TX

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
