Plaintiff Litigation Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Handle bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims from pre-suit through trial and settlement
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Present PowerPoint presentations at mediations
• Participate in trials and arbitrations
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure adherence to the Florida Evidence Code and Rules of Civil Procedure
• Exhibit strong determination and competitiveness in case handling

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida
• Trial experience required
• Strong understanding of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving successful outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a competitive and high-stakes environment
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Florida Bar Admission in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
