Duties:

  • Handle a range of litigation matters for financial services clients, including securities disputes

  • Represent clients in arbitration proceedings, with a focus on FINRA matters

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision

  • Oversee all aspects of the discovery process

  • Appear at hearings and assist in trial preparation and strategy

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients on case progress and key developments

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys across multiple office locations to ensure cohesive representation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience focused on financial institutions, securities disputes, or complex commercial litigation

  • Prior experience with arbitration proceedings preferred

  • Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing; additional bar admissions are advantageous

  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills

  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines

  • Works well independently and within cross-office legal teams

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

Skills:
