Duties:

• Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Oversee discovery processes and resolve related disputes.
• Assist in claim construction and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in both Federal district court and IPR proceedings.
• Provide guidance and support in case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• Active State Bar admission is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation (5-8 years preferred).
• Expertise in pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman Act matters, as well as medical device and chemical patent cases.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases, handle discovery, and collaborate with a legal team.
• Experience with both Federal district courts and IPR proceedings.
• Strong research and writing skills, with a focus on legal and factual analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive work ethic, and solid judgment.

Education:

• An undergraduate degree in life sciences (biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field) is required.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar is required.
