The successful candidate will have prior experience in personal injury law and strong negotiation and litigation skills.

Duties:

• Draft discovery documents and prepare legal documents including complaints, briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions and participate in other discovery-related activities.
• Handle case management, updating client files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the personal injury claims process.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and case strategy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Prior experience in managing cases from inception through settlement or trial.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
