General Liability Associate Attorney

The candidate will primarily involve matters focused on premises liability, negligent security liability, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily Injury liability. Demonstrated General Liability Experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions) is required. Must have an Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.

The candidate should have a J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School. Must have strong writing and speaking skills. A proven ability to manage complex cases is required. Outstanding analytical skills are needed. Must have the ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery. Passion for litigation is needed.
