Duties

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to trucking, premises liability, product liability, and recreational claims.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to navigate and resolve legal issues efficiently.
• Prepare for and participate in bench and jury trials.
• Engage in negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a valid license to practice law in Louisiana and Texas.
• Proven experience in handling bench and jury trials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to advocate for clients effectively.
• Ability to juggle multiple legal cases and responsibilities simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
