Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution agent preferably with 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering. The candidate will prepare and prosecute patent applications. Will contribute to prosecution strategy. Provide technical and legal research analysis with respect to matters pending before the USPTO. Provide technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings. Strong technical background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software, or computer science is required. USPTO registration is essential.

The candidate must have top academic credentials. Outstanding writing and analytical skills are required.
