The firm represents various clients including homeowners, contractors, consumers, and small businesses, focusing on a wide range of business disputes, such as contract cases, real estate matters, construction issues, and intellectual property disputes.

Duties:

  • Draft legal documents such as letters, memos, motions, orders, and pleadings
  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing for hearings and other proceedings
  • Manage case deadlines and ensure effective case management
  • Coordinate discovery tasks with paralegals and legal assistants
  • Conduct thorough legal research across various topics
  • Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in all aspects of legal work

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of associate experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Must have graduated with honors (cum laude or higher) from law school
  • Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing, with top marks in relevant coursework

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
