Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.
  • Familiarity with conservatorships and business entity formation is a plus.
  • Valid and active Bar license to practice law in California.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • California Bar membership (Required).
