Duties:

• Drafting and preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
• Advising clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes and protect their assets.
• Managing the probate process and trust administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on estate planning and tax law changes.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide customized estate planning solutions.
• Representing clients in probate court proceedings, as necessary.
• Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to achieve clients' objectives.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate law.
• Familiarity with conservatorships and business entity formation is a plus.
• Valid and active Bar license to practice law in California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar membership (Required).
