  • File claims for cases nearing their statutes.
  • File government claims and track their status to ensure appropriate next steps are taken.
  • Appear at hearings for cases that you have filed.

Requirements:

  • Active CA Bar license.
  • 1-2 years of personal injury legal experience.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure no case falls through the statutes of limitations.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
