Location:

Duties:

• Respond to discovery and propound discovery requests.
• Draft and send meet and confer letters.
• Manage assigned cases from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys on complex motions and oppositions.
• Focus on settlement negotiations and case resolutions.
• Contribute to the overall success and client satisfaction through effective legal representation.
• Opportunity to handle employment law or personal injury cases (preferred).

Requirements:

• Previous experience in discovery, case management, and client interaction.
• Experience in Employment Law or Personal Injury Law is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable with a lighter law and motion caseload, as complex motions are handled by other attorneys.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License (Required).
