Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Menlo Park, CA office. This position offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of corporate transactions, including venture capital and M&A.

Location:

Duties:

• Assist with corporate transactions, including venture capital, M&A, and private equity.
• Draft and review complex corporate documentation.
• Support clients with ongoing corporate matters.
• Collaborate with deal teams and engage directly with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
• Strong background in securities, M&A, and venture capital transactions.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
