Senior Family Law Attorney

This role requires an attorney with significant experience in family law to assist clients with matters including child custody, divorce, alimony, and prenuptial agreements. Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to family law matters.

• Maintain and organize client files to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze their situation, and develop a legal strategy that best suits their circumstances.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience working on family law cases in a law firm setting.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, especially in high-stress, emotional situations.
• Extensive knowledge of representing both plaintiffs and defendants in family law matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
