Duties:

• Handle the defense of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in court, at hearings, and during depositions.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case strategies.
• Attend settlement negotiations and assist in trial preparation.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California.
