Duties:

  • Represent clients in defense-related civil litigation matters, including construction disputes, Section 1983 claims, and personal injury cases.
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all legal processes are handled efficiently.
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies and develop defense tactics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
