Duties:

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service and legal representation.
  • Assist in building the firm's presence in Colorado Springs by contributing to business development and client outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on relevant state and federal family law statutes and precedents to effectively counsel clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law, with specific expertise in divorce-related cases.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and meet client demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction and maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
