Duties

  • Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct thorough research to support investment funds operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines.
  • Foster positive work relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and perform additional duties as required to fulfill role objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
