Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Personal Injury Department. This role is ideal for a plaintiff-side litigator passionate about securing justice for injured individuals. The attorney will handle all aspects of litigation, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other injury-related claims, while working collaboratively with a dedicated legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

• Burbank, CA

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.

• Prepare and review case-related documents, including correspondence and settlement demands.

• Provide legal counsel to clients, guiding them through case strategies and potential outcomes.

• Supervise and support paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.

• Develop and implement case strategies to maximize client recovery.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the state bar.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar.

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury law, especially auto accidents and premises liability.
