Liability Attorney

A law firm seeks a Liability Attorney for its Herndon location. The candidate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in liability cases. Handle all aspects of litigation related to liability matters. Work closely with clients to assess legal issues and develop strategies.

Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on liability issues.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Delaware Bar is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in the area of liability.
• General litigation experience is advantageous.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Delaware Bar.
