Job Overview:

Duties:

• Defend and manage lawsuits involving diverse employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Provide legal advice, counseling, and training on employment and labor law matters.
• Represent clients in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Handle litigation related to class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment torts, contracts, and non-compete disputes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in employment or commercial litigation.
• Strong background in employment law (preferred).
• Familiarity with federal and state agency procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar.
