Duties:

  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and disputes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a top tier law firm, with a focus on real estate law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, and leasing.
  • Knowledge of title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Certifications:
