Duties:

  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments in court.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding case updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
