Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including:
  • Divorce proceedings
  • Child custody disputes
  • Modifications and enforcement of court orders
  • Grandparents’ rights cases
  • CPS cases
  • Other complex family law issues
• Manage client communications and case strategies
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies
• Stay updated on changes in family law and criminal defense regulations

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or scheduled to take the Texas Bar exam
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to grow into a seasoned courtroom attorney
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or pending)
