Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for litigation matters.
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring thorough preparation for court proceedings.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and hearings, advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
• Manage cases independently while working efficiently within a team framework.
• Provide consistent and strategic legal advice to clients.
• Participate actively in business development and firm growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on complex disputes.
• Proven trial experience and understanding of civil procedure, evidence, and trial advocacy.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and work autonomously.
• Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
