Employment Special Counsel

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an Employment Special Counsel with 8+ years of experience in handling Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.

Job Duties:

• Handle Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) cases exclusively
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in employment litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing on various employment law issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and management
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence
• 8+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on EPLI cases
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the candidate's state of residence
