Duties:

• Oversee and manage a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients who have experienced injuries due to negligence.
• Lead and collaborate with a team of legal professionals, ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel to negotiate favorable settlements.
• Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials when necessary.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure adherence to all legal protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience, with at least 3 years focused on personal injury cases (plaintiff or defense side).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple cases simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
