Duties:

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct detailed legal research and provide analysis to support case development.
• Draft and review key legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Stay informed about changes in legal procedures, case law, and relevant statutes.
• Efficiently manage a caseload while meeting critical deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective legal strategies.
• Actively participate in professional organizations and legal communities to enhance the firm's presence.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a preference for family law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a team.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of discretion in handling confidential client information.
• Familiarity with state court rules and procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
