Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and business litigation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed legal analysis.
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and production.

Requirements:
