A prominent law firm located in Valencia, CA is seeking an entry-level Workers' Compensation Attorney to manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating cases, crafting litigation strategies, managing discovery, representing clients in court, and providing counsel throughout the legal process. Duties:

• Assess the merits of workers' compensation cases and formulate strategies for litigation.
• Oversee all stages of case management, including conducting discovery and preparing legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, making legal arguments, and presenting evidence.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide guidance and updates on case progress.
• Review medical records and collaborate with experts to support case outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes as appropriate, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant legal standards and regulations throughout case handling.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation law and legal procedures.
• Ability to handle a caseload independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality legal work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License.
