Job Overview

A law firm is seeking a highly qualified Structured Finance Of Counsel to join their team in Boston, MA. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLOs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Duties

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • JD degree.
  • Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience.
  • Direct and applicable experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
