Family Law Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Duties:

• Meet and exceed monthly billable hour targets (140 hours/month)
• Provide legal counsel and analysis in family law cases
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Supervise and collaborate with paralegal staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist in growing the firm’s client base by delivering excellent service

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in family law litigation
• Proven ability to advocate for and connect with family law clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar
