The ideal candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials and a strong background in private wealth management. This role involves providing comprehensive legal services related to estate planning, wealth transfer, and private client matters.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies for wealth transfer and estate planning to meet clients' personal and financial goals.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Provide legal advice on complex estate and tax planning issues, including charitable giving and asset protection.
  • Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to create and manage comprehensive estate plans.
