Duties

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases, handling all aspects of the legal process.
• Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, including preparing reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Work closely with support staff, pre-suit attorneys, and operational teams to ensure efficient case progression.

Requirements

• A licensed attorney, actively in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal injury or premises liability law.
• Strong ability to manage a high caseload of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Proven excellence in client service, with outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet long-term career objectives.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Georgia State Bar Association.
