Duties

• Handle a variety of civil litigation cases including professional liability, employment defense, product liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, A&E, and construction litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft precise and persuasive legal documents.
• Provide direct client interaction, manage case responsibilities, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Participate actively in a national practice, assuming responsibility for matters and contributing to case strategies.
• Collaborate with a large team on sophisticated legal issues, maintaining a client-focused approach and high standards of legal service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to relevant areas such as professional liability, employment defense, or construction litigation.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage case responsibilities.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a collaborative team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and good standing with the California State Bar.
