A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team in Minneapolis. The attorney will be responsible for a mix of litigation and counseling, with a focus on advising on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a desire to collaborate across offices, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Duties:

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of employment law experience.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:

  • Mix of litigation and counseling experience.
  • Experience advising on employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
