• Draft and review legal agreements related to intellectual property, including licensing agreements and settlement agreements.

• Stay current with developments in intellectual property law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in trademark and copyright matters, including litigation, licensing, and prosecution.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Strong academic record with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred technical or scientific background.
• Experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
