A law firm in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney with expertise in evaluating and managing patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research and writing skills, along with experience in patent prosecution and technology transactions.

Duties:

• Evaluate and manage patent, trademark, and copyright portfolios
• Perform IP due diligence for corporate transactions
• Draft and negotiate strategic commercial agreements
• Handle patent prosecution matters
• Collaborate with clients to develop IP strategies
• Conduct legal research and provide counsel on IP matters

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Admission to practice law
• Admission to the USPTO
• 2+ years of experience in patent prosecution
• Familiarity with technology transactions, especially within the life sciences industry
• Strong academic credentials
