Mid-level Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate to join its team in Seattle, WA. The position is ideal for candidates with two to four years of experience in litigation. This hybrid role offers a balance of office and remote work, and the firm is looking for a proactive, responsive attorney ready to handle a variety of pending cases and client needs.

Duties:

• Provide effective legal representation in litigation matters, focusing on client needs and industry-specific challenges.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, legal research, and preparing motions.
• Advocate for clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Exercise sound judgment under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate work.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of practical litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling complex legal issues and advocating effectively in court.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar or eligibility to practice in Washington.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
